Terms and Conditions

1) Applicants must be over 60 or a Carer as stated on the entry form and must be UK residents.

2) Employees of the Concessionary Travel Club, their families and agents and

anyone directly connected with these competitions are excluded
3) Acceptance of the rules is a condition of entry
4) The closing date for competition entries is as published on the

Concessionary Travel Club web site
5) The winner will be the first correctly answered entry drawn. Where multiple

prizes are offered, the winners will be the first relevant number of correct

entries drawn.
6) Winners will be notified by e mail within 3 weeeks of the competition closing

date. Winners must provide their postal address within 2 weeks of the email

being sent, or the prize will be awarded to next correctly answered entry

drawn. The prize(s) will be delivered to one UK address (where the prize(s)

are goods for delivery).
7) The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8) No cash alternative is available.
9) No purchase necessary. You can enter direct by completing the online entry

form. Entries will not be accepted by third parties.
10) The Concessionary Travel Club reserves the right to publish the names of the

Winners and the winning entries themselves. Competition Winners agree to

give their full co-operation to all requests by the Concessionary Travel

Club to publicise the competition, their entry, the Prizes or otherwise. All

entries become the property of the Concessionary Travel Club

11) The Concessionary Travel Club reserves the right to cancel or amend this

promotion, owing to events arising beyond its control.
12) The Concessionary Travel Club is not responsible for any third-party acts or

omissions
13) All competitions will be governed by English law.
